How many different types of meats does Arby’s offer?

Arby’s primary menu consists of: Roast Beef, Brisket, Corned Beef, Traditional Gyro meat, Chicken, Turkey, Ham, and Bacon. 

Can I get a wrap instead of a sandwich at Arby’s?

Yes, we have a variety of wraps in our Market Fresh® menu, including Roast Turkey and Chicken options. However, due to national supply challenges, turkey items have been removed from our online menu. Availability in-restaurant may vary by location.

How can I get the nutritional, allergen and ingredients for Arby’s menu items?

Online Ordering
What if I need to change or cancel my online order after I already placed it?

Online orders placed for immediate or future pick up cannot be changed or canceled. If there is an error with your order, please sending us a message or contact us at 1-800-599-2729 to provide more details.

I can’t select the Arby’s closest to me to place an online order. Why not?

At this time, online ordering is only available at select locations, but we’re heads down turning this on at Arby’s across the nation. Check back often or sign up for Arby’s Rewards to be the first to know when online ordering is available at an Arby’s near you. 

How do I use my print or email coupon for an online order?

At this time, print and email coupons can only be used in restaurant at participating locations.

I tried to submit an online order but received an error message. Did the restaurant receive it? Was I charged twice?

We’re sorry you had trouble placing your online order. If you received an error message, the restaurant did not receive your order and your credit card was not charged. Please retry on or head to an Arby’s near you to place your order the old-fashioned way.

Prices will vary across all Arby’s restaurants, so selecting a different location may change the price of your order.

How do I redeem my emailed coupon?

If there is a QR Code for an offer on your email, please log into your Arby’s account to access. To redeem in restaurant, click, “Redeem In Store” and ask the cashier to scan the QR code at time of checkout. To redeem with your online order, click, “Redeem Online” and add qualifying items to bag before proceeding to checkout.

Do I have to print the e-mail to redeem the offer?

No. Simply log into your account to access your Arby’s Rewards. To redeem in restaurant, click, “Redeem In Store” and ask the cashier to scan the QR code at time of checkout.

Why aren’t I receiving Arby’s e-mails?

Please check your spam or junk folder and add [email protected] to your safe sender list.

I signed up to receive Arby’s emails but didn’t receive anything. What should I do?

It is possible you might have already signed up for Arby’s emails. If you’re already signed up, you will receive an error message when you attempt to sign up again.

Mailed Coupons
Why don’t I get coupons in the mail when I live right down the street from a restaurant?

Every Arby’s Restaurant operator chooses if they’ll distribute coupons and where they mail to. If you are not receiving coupons in the mail, but would like to, please contact your local restaurant manager to inquire about their specific program.

Can I be added to the mailing list for Arby’s coupons?

Arby’s uses a third-party mailing company to distribute our flyers along with other advertisers. Unless you live in the geography where coupons are being mailed, we cannot add you to the distribution.

Why didn’t I get coupons in the mail this month?

Not every operator distributes coupons every month. Check with your local restaurant to inquire when they plan to distribute coupons in your zip code.

What if I no longer wish to receive these mailed coupons?

The mailer is not sent out by Arby’s but by a third-party distributor. Please contact the mail package vendor (noted on the outside pages) to be removed from their distribution.

No coupons are mailed to me, but I’d still like to receive coupons. How can I get some?
