Arby’s remains committed to the health and safety of our teams and guests. We’re continuing to closely monitor federal, state, and local guidelines while we carefully reopen our doors for carry-out and dine-in eating.

While we look forward to welcoming you back in, things may look a little different when you visit some of our restaurants in order to promote the well-being of our teams and the communities we serve, including:

We have adapted our operations to provide a safe eating environment and limit the spread of COVID-19:

  • Limited use of self-service beverage and condiment stations which includes providing single serve sauces and new cups for refills.

  • Third-party delivery options through DoorDash, Uber Eats, and GrubHub in many areas. Please check your favorite delivery provider to see if Arby’s is available in your area.

  • Expanded online ordering across our system as another convenient ordering option for guests.

In addition to our already rigorous cleaning and sanitation standards, we have enhanced certain measures:

  • Routine cleaning of high-touch surfaces such as doors, bathrooms, and ordering area.

  • Additional deep cleaning following any confirmed or suspected cases of COVID-19 in our restaurants.

We continue to follow FDA, CDC, and local health department guidance for the health and safety of our team members and guests, including:

  • Wellness checks of all restaurant team members prior to each shift and exclusion of any team members who exhibit symptoms of COVID-19 or may have been exposed to COVID-19

  • Wearing gloves in accordance with FDA food handling guidelines.

  • Use of face coverings for team members interacting with guests and other team members where social distancing cannot be maintained

  • Frequent handwashing

  • Protective shields at our check-out counters and in the drive-thru

Arby’s will continue to provide a clean and safe environment that delivers delicious, high quality food. Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to serving you.
