THE RULES

The Arby’s RBs is only available for current D1 college running backs who follow the below rules for entry. Failure to follow these rules will render athlete disqualified.

In order to be eligible, player must:

  • Be a current running back on a D1 college football roster

  • Be 18 years of age or older

  • Be a legal U.S. resident

  • Post an in-feed “publically viewable[ST1] [OK2] ” video on Instagram (“Video Message”) saying “Tonight, I’m  getting Arby’s” and following all rules listed on this page, including:

  • Post must include #Sponsored #ArbysRBs

    • #Sponsored must be the first hashtag of the post if using multiple.

  • Post must remain “publically viewable” in-feed for the duration of the college football season (at minimum) (“Message”).

  • There are restrictions on whether or not as a college athlete a player can get paid for endorsing a brand. Before participating, players are required to ask their coach or the applicable person at their school (if not their coach) whether participation in this program violates any state or school laws, rules, or regulations. By posting a Video Message, player represents and warrants they have received confirmation that their participation in this program does not violate any such state and/or school laws, rules, and regulations.

    • The burden of alignment is on the player and this step will be affirmed through digital confirmation between Arby’s and the player before payment is triggered. A players digital confirmation of this step is Arby’s assumption that it has been completed.

In order to be eligible to receive payment for the Video Message, player must NOT:

  • Film in their team jersey

  • Film in an identifiable campus setting (i.e., in front of school signage or in a space with a team logo visible

  • Show any third party logos (including team/school) or include any other people, trademarks (including on clothing) (such as logos or concert t-shirts), or copyrights (such as music) in their Video Message

  • Video Message cannot be obscene or inappropriate and must not defame or disparage Arby’s or its products or services. Video Message should be appropriate for a general audience.

Payment Information

  • Payment will be made within X-X days/weeks following posting of Video Message.

  • Any player can only participate one time in this program. Multiple Video Messages will not result in multiple payments.

General Conditions

  • Arby’s, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this program or for the failure of any player to comply with all applicable state and school rules and regulations. --Released Parties are not responsible for errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the program, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the program, the processing of payment, or in any program-related materials. Released Parties reserve the right to cancel the program at any time and post notice on this website. Program void where prohibited. Program is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Personal information provided in connection with this program will be used in accordance with Arby’s Privacy Policy, available at URL.

Note: before payment is distributed, Arby’s and its partners will review posts to ensure all rules have been followed.

  • Participant will also need to sign a waiver indicating they understand the terms of the partnership and followed all rules.

  • Participating players are responsible for complying with all applicable state laws and college policies.

  • Player must confirm that they received approval from school/state and confirm via Instagram DM with Arby’s before payment will be issued.
