Many Arby's restaurants are constructed in a Pinnacle or modified Pinnacle design, featuring prominent diamond-shaped windows and clean, symmetrical lines in Arby's bold red and subtle tan colors.

Our flexible, contemporary designs allow us to adapt our restaurants to almost any prime commercial site, including free standing, in-line, or in tandem with a convenience store or travel plaza. We also offer opportunities in non-traditional locations such as colleges, airports, and stadiums.

Arby’s Pinnacle Design (view details )
The Arby’s Pinnacle is our flagship store design. With its striking peaked front glass wall showcasing a bright neon Arby’s logo, it creates an exciting and unique impression from both the exterior as well as from the interior of the restaurant. The Pinnacle Design can have either a brick or Dryvit ® exterior, and it comes in 60, 74 & 90 seat dining room sizes.

The Arby’s Modified Pinnacle was the creation of one of our long-time franchisees. It offers an architecturally interesting glass front with a traditional straight roof line. The Modified Pinnacle Design can have either a brick or Dryvit ® exterior, and it comes in 60, 74 & 90 seat dining room sizes.

Arby’s can be integrated into a convenience store as a free standing building on the property, as a punch-out, as part of a food court, or as an individual entity within the existing store. Our design & construction teams can work with you to fit our required elements into your allotted space.

Arby’s Non-traditional Store Options (view details)
Arby’s has flexible non-traditional plans that can be adapted to airports, travel plazas, colleges & universities, entertainment & gaming locations, and retail centers. No matter what the venue, our design & construction teams can work with you to fit our required elements into your allotted space.
