	Media Contact: Kathy Siefert Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc. 678-514-4152 Arby's Signs Franchise Agreements To Develop 28 New Locations Throughout The United States FORT LAUDERDALE, FL(June 14, 2005) - Arby's, LLC has announced the signing of 14 development agreements to create 28 new Arby's® restaurants. These agreements, which include the addition of two new franchisees, provide for the development of new Arby's restaurants in Florida, Virginia, Iowa, Wisconsin, California, Ohio, Connecticut, Arizona, Texas, North Carolina, Utah and Illinois. "Arby's offers a unique fast food opportunity for both new and existing franchisees -- high quality, great tasting products, including our classic roast beef sandwiches and innovative Market Fresh® deli sandwiches, wraps and salads served inside and from the convenience of a drive-thru," said Jordan Krolick, Senior Vice President of Business Development for Arby's, LLC. "We are aggressively growing to expand our restaurant reach even further and look forward to bringing our exciting offerings into new, untapped markets." The following are details for each signed development agreement: Chris & Donna Doyle - Arby's franchisees since 2000, Chris Doyle and his sister, Donna, of Focus Ten, currently operate eight Arby's restaurants in the Tampa-St. Petersburg and Greensboro areas. Focus Ten has agreed to build two additional units in the Florida and Virginia markets. DRM, Inc. - Matt Johnson, President and CEO of DRM, Inc. has agreed to develop two additional Arby's restaurants in Wisconsin. Family owned for generations, a member of the Arby's system since 1968, and holding the proud distinction of opening the 1,000th Arby's restaurant, DRM currently operates 60 units in the Midwest. William Dworak - William Dworak, President of Restaurant Concepts, Inc., has signed on to build five Arby's in Dane County, Wisconsin to add to his 18 existing restaurants. Dworak has been an Arby's franchisee since 1983. ArBreck, L.P. - ArBreck, L.P. joined Arby's in 2004 and currently owns and operates two restaurants in the Los Angeles area. ArBreck, L.P. has signed on to open five additional units throughout California. Tim Lamendola - Tim Lamendola, President of Lamendola Enterprises, Inc. has committed to opening two new units -- one located in Chesterland and another in Newton Falls, Ohio. A franchisee since 1988, Lamendola currently owns and operates two units in the Cleveland-Akron market. Al Lavker - An Arby's franchisee for the past twenty-three years, Al Lavker, currently owns four Arby's restaurants and has signed on to open one additional unit in Danbury, Connecticut Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores - With 20 restaurants located in travel plazas throughout the U.S., Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores has been a loyal Arby's franchisee since 1999. Greg Love, Limited Partner of CarlineCo, L.P., has agreed to develop one new restaurant in Chandler, Arizona and the only Arby's in Kingsville, Texas. Steve Mast - Steve Mast has agreed to open a new Arby's® restaurant in Mooresville, North Carolina, and another located in Troutman, North Carolina. Mast, who has been an Arby's franchisee since 1985, owns and operates six restaurants. Jennifer & Jeremy Ostrowski - J & J Ostrowski Enterprises, LLC has contracted to open three Arby's restaurants in the Wausau-Rhinelander, Wisconsin market. They currently operate three restaurants and have been Arby's franchisees since 1991. Brad & Morris Pusey, along with partner Kent Foote - Members of P & F Food Services, currently operate 13 units in the Salt Lake City/Las Vegas DMA. They have signed an additional commitment to build an Arby's restaurant in Hurricane, UT. P&F Food Services has been an Arby's franchisee since 1986. Arby's is pleased to welcome the following new franchisees to the system: Grundy County Heritage Center, LLC - Richard M. Smith, President of Grundy County Heritage Center, LLC, has committed to opening one Arby's restaurant in Holland, Iowa. Adam Velarde - Adam Velarde, President of Cave Enterprises, Inc., will open an Arby's restaurant in Cicero, IL and another in Chicago.
