Media Contact: Arby's® Selects Merkley + Partners As Agency Of Record ATLANTA (September 24, 2004) - Arby's, LLC has named Merkley + Partners as the company's national creative advertising agency of record following a nationwide search, the first creative agency review in 17 years. The search was administered by Wanamaker Associates, an Atlanta-based advertising search firm. Doner, which has serviced the Arby's account since 1987, declined to participate in the creative review, but will continue to be the agency of record for the 30 co-ops they currently represent."We are eager to begin a long and rewarding relationship with Merkley + Partners," said Debra Mager, Senior Vice President of Brand Communications for Arby's Franchise Association (AFA).
